Honda 400/4 old school bobber project

Rebuilt Old School Bobber Frame

This Honda CB 400/4 hardtail bobber frame was rebuilt and welded by myself. The custom tank and wheels are powdercoated and will be black. There will be gloss spokes as will the fork stantions. The project is due to finish in may 08 wife and child allowing.

Starting a 400 4 project

Hi Simon

Nice Frame hows the project coming on matey!!! I am about to start a 400 4 project but I am unsure about either to build a frame from scratch or modify the existing frame. What parts of the frame are original and how did you jig the frame up before welding. I am keen to start the project but Im hesitant before making the first cut !!!!!!

Looks like a really slick job,
for a nubie, what would you recommend i do,I plan to make a classic sick bobberfrom a 400/4 rice burner , customs pipes an all...eg what degree cut for the triple trees etc....
