Harley 1948 Hardtail frame

Hey folks! I'm an engineering student and a bike enthusiast too. And per due my interest in bikes(especially choppers).

I and few of my friends tried our hands on fabricating a chopper hard tail frame for a starting project.

We did well, however for one mistake, that is we left almost no space for the rear wheel because of a misplaced wishbones rear cross member.

The project turned out to be a fiasco but very well inspired us to make some changes and work on it even more energetically.

Right now we are looking for options to undo our mistake without causing much damage to the frame's stability.
