Great Customer Service

I had ordered a set of download plans a few months ago and hadn't gotten around to printing them out. Unfortunately my computer was lost in a fire at my home, so when I emailed asking if I could get the link refreshed they replied that the downloads were no longer available but offered to send me a hard copy and even paid the postage. Great customer service!!!
