First Time Bike Build...
I've always been interested in bikes and how they were built. Then one day I got the guts up enough to finally build one of my own. After a 6 months of research I was able to find prints on
how to build a frame jig and frame. I'm a welder so half the battle was won! The other half was learning the bike builders lingo. For all those out there that have built bikes you know what I mean. So I got a hold of the parts, neck steel, axle plates etc...and got to building. The person that drew up the prints only lived a county over from mine so I contacted him and he was kind enough to answer any and all of my questions, and is still helping me to this day! How lucky am I?! This gentleman even showed me the art of chopper seat building, to which I also made my own. Id like to say to all the builders out there that are taking the time to work with all us beginners THANK YOU!!!!! I never could of done the projects that I'm doing with out you all! I'M VERY HAPPY TO HAVE LEARNED THIS CRAFT!......Tony Petersen, LowerLake Ca.
