Just a rolling chassis at the moment. My idea was to make an affordable chopper, this is the start, it is all aluminum frame, will have a 49cc engine, and will be legally a moped, street legal. It has air ride and will sit on the ground when parked. I plan to sell choppers like this for around $1500, which is approx. What a new moped would typically sell for.
