Will a cbr600 f2 engine fit?

Thanks for the question regarding the Honda CBR 500 F2 engine. I did some searching and found some rough dimensions based on the attached photos for the engine. Height is approximately 21". Fore-aft dimension is approximately 21". The width of the engine is about 24". The vertical height would interfere with the down tube from the backbone to the front rails. You may need to flip this in order to have proper clearance. Also you may need to extend the length of the frame and make the front end 2" taller in order to make it fit right.

Also since the width of the frame is only 12", this would mean that the engine would extend out 6" on either side. I am not sure if you would
be fine with this type of overhang from the sides. There are some new frame designs that we are working and that should accommodate this
