Lettin Her Warm-up
"HIGH VOLTAGE" "assembled" 1957 straightleg, hardtail, Chopper...
Started w/ '57 Pan Hardtail frame, stretched the down-tubes 10" & de-raked the neck to 30*. Added a 12" over wide glide w/ 21"x2:75, single disc wire spoke front-wheel, front end topped w/8" pullback Dragbars & Fatboy solid 160x16" rear (singlr disc )wheel Sheet metal is 3.8 Mustang Tank w/4" stretched fill spout (&custom-made gas cap) & "altered mid-90's Fenders.Stuffed in '93 EVO hotrod motor w/ 5spd trans,Chrome horse Forward controls, 28 "Skulls added &hidden all aroud the entire bike as attention-getters.
The motor has more than enough power for my "Ole" greybeard "butt",but there is always just a lil more, ha,ha! Ported, polished, Screamin' Eagle upgrades, balanced, cammed, hot ignition & Long guns exhaust I built myself.I have the bike set up so if I want to go solo I can swap to my solo set-up in 'bout 10 min. or back to a two-up King/queen.The real eye catcher of this bike is since there was no room for the battery under the seat,we relocated it to the bottom of the down-tubes,up front. After I built my Oilbag, I thought I would be "happy",well, for this year anyway,I painted "her" "Candy Fire Red " w/ full shadows bottom to top & front to rear plus fades in the same contex. For next year I'm doing 9" wide rear fender,31/2 wide front, stretched gas tank & maybe dropping the neck down 4"(taking 4" out of downtubes)go to a 40* rake, color & graphics are still in the "wind". Hope you enjoy, write a comment, good or bad, everyone can use a "lil" critisizm. Love Ya All, Ride Free, Ride Safe..partner.
